At DustMask.co.uk, we keep things simple — fast, reliable, and free.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Same-day dispatch: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day.
- Delivery time: Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service, with an estimated delivery of 1–2 working days across the UK.
- Weekend orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all UK orders, no minimum spend required.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
Delays
Royal Mail’s delivery estimates are typically accurate, but during busy periods (e.g. Christmas or industrial action) deliveries may take slightly longer.
